DIRECT RESERVATION REQUEST FORM is developed just to make communication easier between You and us! It is written in questioner format and it covers all information that we would like to get from you without writing big e-mails from Your or our side!

Pre-PAYMENT
For some of the reservations we can request PRE-PAYMENT procedure in the amount which is 25% of total price!
PRE-PYMENT will be requested for:
- new guests or guests without recomendation from our "old" guests
- for longer stay bookings
- for group stay bookings

CANCELLATION POLICY
All requested reservations must be guaranteed by a pre-payment deposit equivalent to 25% of total price. If the reservation is cancelled / amended 7 days or more, priory to the arrival date, then the deposit will be fully refunded. In all other cases, no refund will be given.
